David Bozell is the President of the Media Research Center, America’s premier watchdog for exposing liberal media bias and defending journalistic integrity. For over three decades, the MRC has served as a bulwark against media misinformation, bias, and distortion, promoting a culture of fairness, accuracy, and accountability.

Before taking the helm at the MRC, Bozell served as President of ForAmerica, dedicated to promoting American exceptionalism. Under his leadership, ForAmerica harnessed the power of social media to shape public policy debates and was hailed by The New York Times as “one of the great unexpected influences of the [2016 Presidential] election.”

A frequent voice in print and broadcast media, Bozell has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, National Review, The New York Times, and TIME, among others. His commentaries have appeared in outlets including Fox News, The Hill, and The Daily Caller. He also serves on the coordinating committee of the Conservative Action Project (CAP) and on the board of the Washington Policy Institute.

Bozell holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College and lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Laura, and their three daughters.
 

Dan Schneider is a lawyer, policy professional, and political strategist. He has worked in Washington, D.C., New York City, and Zheng Zhou, China.

Dan is the Vice President for Free Speech at the Media Research Center. He previously served as the executive director of the American Conservative Union, which organizes CPAC. His work in government has included roles in the White House, executive branch agencies, the U.S. Senate, and the U.S. House of Representatives.

He was awarded a law degree from Columbia University Law School and two undergraduate degrees from the University of Kansas.

In 1988, Dan broke the world record for the “highest elevation golf shot” when he used a five-iron at the second base camp of Annapurna in the Himalayas. Sadly, the Guinness Book of World Records refused to certify this incredible achievement, which Dan remains “very bitter” about to this day.

Tim Graham is the Executive Editor of NewsBusters and is the Media Research Center’s Director of Media Analysis. His career at the MRC began in February 1989 as associate editor of MediaWatch, the monthly newsletter of the MRC before the Internet era.

Tim is co-author with MRC President Brent Bozell of the books Unmasked: Big Media's War Against Trump (2019), Collusion: How the Media Stole the 2012 Election and How To Prevent It From Happening Again in 2016 (2013), and Whitewash: What The Media Won’t Tell You About Hillary Clinton, But Conservatives Will (2007). He is also the author of Pattern of Deception: The Media's Role in the Clinton Presidency (1996).

Tim is a regular talk radio and television spokesman for the MRC and has made television appearances on MSNBC, CNBC, CNN, Newsmax, Fox News, and the Fox Business Channel. His articles have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, National Review, and other publications.

Tim left the MRC to serve in 2001 and 2002 as White House Correspondent for World, a national weekly Christian news magazine. He returned in 2003. Before joining the MRC, Tim served as press secretary for the campaign of U.S. Rep. Jack Buechner (R-Mo.) in 1988. In 1987, he served as editor of Organization Trends, a monthly newsletter on philanthropy and politics by the Washington-based Capital Research Center.

A fervent Green Bay Packers fan, Tim is a native of Viroqua, Wisconsin, and graduated from Bemidji State University in northern Minnesota.

Curtis Houck currently serves as the Managing Editor of NewsBusters after almost two years as a news analyst in the Media Research Center’s News Analysis Division. During that time, he served as the sole evening news analyst, chronicling the best and worst of the network evening newscasts, primetime cable shows, and late-night comedy programs. From January 2016 to April 2016, he also acted as the Sunday news analyst for NewsBusters.

In the roughly two years that he's been with NewsBusters, his work has been featured on various Fox News Channel programs, Breitbart, The Daily Caller, Drudge Report, Fox Nation, The Mark Levin Show, Mediaite, Red State, The Rush Limbaugh Show, Townhall.com, Washington Examiner, and Washington Free Beacon.

He returned full-time to the MRC after serving in summer 2013 as an intern with CNS News. Curtis is a 2014 graduate of Penn State University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science. He also had the pleasure of interning with The Heritage Foundation in fall 2013. A proud native of Lancaster County in Pennsylvania, Curtis is also an Eagle Scout and lives in Vienna, Virginia.

Brittany is MRCTV's managing editor and host of the "Reality Check" web series and "The Brittany Hughes Show" video podcast.

A graduate of William and Mary, she began her career as an education and politics reporter in Danville, Virginia, before joining the MRC in her first post as an investigative reporter for CNSNews.

Justine Brooke Murray is an Anderlik fellow and hosts the series "Woke of the Weak" for the Media Research Center. She previously produced for Newsmax and, before, was an on-air contributor and booker for One America News Network. Justine has appeared as a commentator on various networks. She is frequently a guest speaker, discussing wokeism, free speech, and antisemitism on college campus tours and at conservative conferences across the nation. In January 2024, Justine toured the sites of the October 7 terrorist attacks and reported from the ground in Israel. She recently graduated from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, where she exposed censorship and political biases for the outlet, Campus Reform. Her reporting earned her an invitation to stand onstage with then-President Trump at the White House when he signed the Campus Free Speech Executive Order in March 2019.

During her last year as a student, she assisted in the office of Vice President Mike Pence as a participant in the White House Internship Program in 2020. She competes in the Miss America Organization, promoting the defense of the First Amendment as her official delegate platform.

Bill D'Agostino is the Media Editor for NewsBusters and Senior Research Analyst for the Media Research Center's News Analysis division. His work has been featured on Fox News, The Daily Wire, The Mark Levin Show, and many other conservative outlets.

Nick is the Associate Editor of NewsBusters. He grew up in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Binghamton University in 2013 with a degree in Political Science. While at Binghamton, Nick served as the Speaker of the Student Assembly and wrote for The Binghamton Review, where his love for journalism started. After graduating, Nick interned at the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity, where he worked with Watchdog Arena.

Starting as an MRC intern, then a News Analyst on the night shift, and then an editor, Nick has been with the MRC and NewsBusters for seven years. He is one of the organization’s most-read bloggers with millions of page views and has grown into one of the faces of the organization.

In 2021, he caught NBC Nightly News deceptively editing a 9-1-1 call from a police-involved shooting and obfuscating a knife in the hand of an attacker inches away from killing a teenage girl. His report was picked up across conservative media and was even hinted at on CNN, and received so much attention that NBC fixed their reporting the following evening.

Since moving to the day shift, Nick has also become the go-to Twitter (now X) account for clips from ABC’s The View. He was the first to report when co-host Whoopi Goldberg suggested the Holocaust wasn’t about race and when co-host Sunny Hostin made racist remarks about Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley.

In recent years, Nick has acted as a fill-in host for the NewsBusters Podcast and oversees educating and publishing NewsBusters interns.

Between the months of September and December, Nick can be found every Sunday cheering on his New York J! E! T! S! Jets Jets Jets!

Michael B. Morris, Esq. has been MRC Free Speech America Director since November 2022. Prior to 2025, he also served as MRC Business Director. Before that, he served as MRC Free Speech America & MRC Business Managing Editor starting in January 2022. He first was MRC Free Speech America & MRC Business Associate Editor starting in October 2019.

Michael began his employment with the Media Research Center as Assistant Editor for Commentary at CNSNews.com in August 2014. In 2015, he was promoted to Commentary Editor for CNSNews.com and was responsible for soliciting and editing commentary for CNSNews.com's commentary section.

Michael is a graduate of Regent University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While attending Regent University School of Law, he served as Republican National Lawyer Association Regent University School of Law Chapter Vice Chair of Membership from September 2012 through April 2014 and on Regent University School of Law’s Honor Council during his 2L and 3L years. He also interned for then-Congressman J. Randy Forbes in 2012.

He is also a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where he earned a double major in Political Science/Pre-Law and Economics. While earning his undergraduate degrees, Michael interned for then-Congressman, now former Vice President Mike Pence in 2010.

He was born and raised in Indiana, and he now lives in the suburbs with his wife near Washington, D.C.

Joseph is the Associate Editor for MRC Free Speech America and MRC Business. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University in 2018. In June 2019, he completed an exclusive fellowship with the Hertog Foundation, where he participated in their "Nuclear Strategy and World Order" program. For MRC Business, he oversees projects and media coverage concerning dark money, political spending, economics, and finance. In addition, his oversight includes Free Speech America's CensorTrack project, which involves documenting cases of Big Tech bias against conservatives and crafting censorship studies accordingly.

Iris Miller is the Director of Marketing & Communications at the MRC, where she promotes the work of all MRC experts and manages the organization's press and marketing teams. Before joining the MRC in 2019, Mrs. Miller worked at a boutique crisis public relations firm where she managed clients communication, digital and advocacy strategies. Prior, Mrs. Miller was at FreedomWorks, Americans for Limited Government, and worked on a variety of campaigns.

Craig joined the Media Research Center in July of 2005 after serving as the Communications Manager for the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. He is currently the editor of the CNSNews blog, having previously served as the Director of Communications for CNSNews. Craig has spent his career writing, editing, and managing communications, public, media, and member relations for non-profit organizations.

Geoffrey Dickens is the Director of Media Analysis at the Media Research Center. He currently writes for all of the MRC's publications and outlets including MRC.org, Newsbusters.org, Notable Quotables and has contributed to past projects including MediaWatch and MagazineWatch. He also authored many studies that examined the media's bias against gun rights. Dickens has made several appearances on TV and radio talk shows.

Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia this native Washingtonian briefly left the area to earn a degree from Indiana University's School of Journalism. When he's not monitoring the media's liberal bias, Dickens can be found rooting for his beloved Redskins, Wizards, Capitals and Indiana Hoosiers.

Nick Kangadis is an alumnus of the University of Arizona - Global Campus, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Journalism & Mass Communications and minored in Political Science. He is currently the Assistant Managing Editor for MRCTV and MRC Culture. Nick's an anti-communist and host of "the best kept secret in the conservative movement," "Things That Need To Be Said."

Jerris Jackson is the External Affairs Manager at the Media Research Center, collaborating with congressional offices and coalition partners to advance legislative and public messaging goals. Jerris began as the afternoon drive host for a top AM talk radio station in California where his sharp commentary and interviews made him a trusted conservative voice. He later served as Press Secretary for the Michigan Republican Party and worked in the office of the Chair of the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

In April 2023, Tom joined the Media Research Center as a Staff Writer for MRC Free Speech America and MRC Business. Previously, Tom held positions as a Field Researcher and Media Monitoring Associate at America Rising. Additionally, he gained valuable experience through internships with Heritage Action and AIPAC. Tom is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated in 2016, and later pursued a Master's degree in Political Philosophy from Boston College, completing his studies in 2018.

Luis is the Assistant Editor for MRC Free Speech America and MRC Business, having joined the organization in March 2023. He graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science and a minor in legal studies from the City College of New York. Most recently, Luis served as the English Editor-in-Chief of El American and has an extensive background with notable organizations such as The Heritage Foundation, Thomas More Society, and the Trump 2020 Campaign.
