My order is the wrong size/damaged. How do I return?

Fulfillment times are slower than usual for some product categories due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have temporarily updated our fulfillment time frame to 10-14 business days for these products, not including shipping time. Please email us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
I need to change my shipping address or cancel my order, how do I do that?
The majority of the products on our store are fulfilled and printed in the US, however most materials/fabrics are manufactured in other countries at this time.
Do you have any wholesale or quantity discounts for store items?
Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale discounts at this time.
Do the beanies have liner on the inside?
Knitted hats and beanies do not come with inside lining.
